We are incredibly grateful to share amazing news!
- On December 6, 2024, the Polk County Housing Trust Fund awarded GDMSH a $1 Million revolving loan, and
- On December 17, 2024, the Polk County Board of Supervisors awarded GDMSH a $3 Million grant.
This funding will support the purchase of the Holiday Inn Downtown. These are big steps in our continued progress to bring a campus of Housing Plus Services to Des Moines.
There is more work to do, but the support of these two partners makes a big impact!
